Learning Outcome:
In this module, we are able to measure the drawing and need to know the principles, purpose and function of
Standard Method of Measurement (SMM2) and Civil Engineering Quantities (MyCESMM) including measurement
principles, descriptions and standard phraseology. Furthermore, we have learnt both building services and civil
engineering works during the lecture and tutorial, these are all necessity for us when measuring this assignment.
Moreover,the assignment help us to develop and reinforce our thinking and problem solving skills by thinking critically in order for us to overcome each hurdles that we faced while accomplishing the project.When we face the difficult things or problem,we can able to solve it.
Communication is the necessity for this assignment because this is a group assignment, we need to
communicate with other group member and discuss the details of the drawing. It can improve our
communicated skills and promote our relationship.
