The module introduces students to management practices which covers both financial and organizational aspects in relation to construction projects. The module will emphasize on the examination of resource-use systems, particularly the finances of a construction project as well as the management of important resources in ensuring quality performance from the project staff. Students will be exposed to various terms of finance, which cover financial information systems and capital investments.
Group Assignment

This is a group assignment that requires students to perform a financial analysis of LBS Bina Group Berhad, a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia. We are to download the latest annual reports of LBS Bina Group. The company’s annual as well as quarterly reports can be downloaded from the Bursa Malaysia website and also the company’s website.

Using information that we were able to glean from its annual and quarterly reports, as well as from other sources such as newspapers, online sources and industry magazines, write a report evaluating the financial strength of LBS Bina Group Berhad.

Learning Outcome:
In this project, I was able to put theories that I learnt during lectures and tutorials into implementation as I am able
to carry out the financial analysis by using various financial ratio and apply it in different company in order to more
understand the performance and financial of the company. Not only that, we also learnt method to identify the
financial status of a firm.
Moreover,this assignment help us to develop and reinforce our thinking and problem solving skills thinking critically in order for us to overcome each hurdles that we faced while accomplishing the project.When we face the difficult things or problem,we can able to solve it.
Communication is the necessity for this assignment because this is a group assignment, we need to
communicate with other group member and discuss the details of the project. It can improve our
communicated skills and promote our relationship.
